Summary This scientific article examines the market of meat snacks, the trend of growth and consumption, and the prospect of growth based on pricing and the formation of a consumer culture among the target audience. The evaluation and analysis of the ingredients of the formulation of the technology of raw meat snacks was carried out, and the market for the period 2020-2024 was also studied. Conclusions are drawn based on the conducted analysis. In the course of the work, key factors contributing to market growth were identified. Thus, the study confirms the growth prospects of the meat snack market, taking into account changes in consumer preferences and the economic situation.
