Summary The health of the human body is determined by the lifestyle, which largely depends on the diversity and balance of nutrition. According to most judgments about the quality of nutrition, special substances - dietary fiber - play an important role in digestion. In the human body, they perform various functions, one of which is cleansing the human body of harmful substances.
