Improvement of the production line of frozen dough semi-finished products at the forming stage

Summary The article is devoted to the modernization of the molding section of the line for the production of frozen semi-finished products in dough at the Reftinskaya Poultry Farm OJSC. It is proposed to implement the HLT700XL machine from ANKO, as well as a modular stamp, which will allow expanding the range of products and increasing their attractiveness. A technical and economic analysis was carried out, confirming the high productivity, reliability of the equipment and the rapid payback of the project.
