Summary Beer is the most common intoxicating and foamy drink in the whole world, which is produced without the addition of alcohol. Beer is made from malt, which, in turn, is made from barley. Beer has a very rich composition. It contains vitamins such as B1, B2, B6, H, C, K. Beer also contains many useful minerals: calcium, sulfur, phosphorus, copper, silicon, magnesium, etc. Beer is used as an independent product. Beer can also be used in dishes.
