Summary The production of high-quality sparkling wines is impossible without modern fermentation equipment. Outdated technologies and manual methods of fermentation process control lead to waste of time, resource overruns and instability of the characteristics of the finished product. The modernization of fermentation machines makes it possible to solve these problems by increasing production efficiency and product competitiveness.
