Summary In this article, we analyze the conditions for processing agricultural products. Compliance with the conditions that meet the requirements of the sanitary and epidemiological regime, the implementation of all measures that prevent the growth of pathogenic bacteria at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex. After all, the agro-industrial complex, the food industry and agriculture are very important industries that produce agricultural raw materials and food products based on the processing of these raw materials. The high quality of the manufactured products of enterprises can compete in the domestic and foreign markets. Techno-chemical and microbiological control at all stages of production from the production of raw materials to finished food products allows you to obtain high-quality and safe products. Great attention should be paid to disinfection methods, sanitary treatments of equipment and all components involved in the production process.
