Summary The article shows the features of the production of the oldest drink - craft beer. The author of the article pays special attention to the production technology on the example of Le Point products. The article discusses the stages of beer production, the features of modern brewers' equipment and the features of the technique of people who develop the culture of brewing craft brewing as an example of Ale Point brewery in Kharkiv Craft brewing as an example of Ale Point brewery in Kharkiv.
