Summary Zoo hygiene as a science. Analysis of animal care methods. Zoo hygiene is a science that develops the most comfortable conditions affecting the health, productivity and sexual activity of animals. These conditions include clean air, a clean and warm room, balanced feeding, good care, etc. This article examines the factors affecting animal health, with an emphasis on the importance of zoo hygiene. Special attention is paid to the importance of proper care, including skin and coat hygiene, bathing, walking and limb care. The methods of cleaning the skin and wool from pathogenic microflora and parasites, including manual cleaning and mechanized methods used on large farms, are described in detail. The article emphasizes the need for an integrated approach to maintaining animal health, combining favorable environmental conditions and regular quality care.
