Summary The article discusses the current topic of growing various types of microgreens on hydroponics in urban farms. The effects of a certain type of lighting on the yield of microgreens when grown on hydroponics are also shown. Examples of the most affordable and effective types of lighting are given, and their comparative characteristics are presented. An example of a farm design for growing microgreens is given.
